
My favourite high protein oatmeal recipe made with tofu! Creamy, fluffy and ready in 5 minutes. Vegan, dairy free & egg free.
Best High Protein Oatmeal

- 180g soft tofu
- 1 cup oatmeal (80g)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup zucchini, optional
- pinch of salt
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (30g)
Instructions
- Blend the soft tofu with 1 cup of water. Add the oatmeal, zucchini and banana to a deep bowl. Pour in the tofu milk and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring half way.
- Stir in the protein powder. Add more water if needed and microwave for another 30 seconds to warm it up again (if needed). Add toppings and enjoy!

I have to admit this is really unexagerated from you to name this recipe the best because it is true ! I halved the quantities for my personnals intakes but this is just perfect. I mean the texture is soft and so good in mouth not soggy not runny. Zucchini adds volume and tofu add this soft taste without compromising anything! Just just 👌
