Rice Noodle Rolls (3 Ways!)
Ingredients
Soy Sauce Chili Oil:
- Dark Soy sauce
- Chili oil
Hoisin Peanut Sauce:
Hoisin sauce:
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar, optional to taste
- 2 tsp water, to thin
Peanut sauce:
- 1 tbsp peanut butter 22g
- 2 tsp water
- 1/4 tsp sugar, optional
Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1–2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Extra Toppings
- Scallions
- Sesame seeds
- Cilantro
- Crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Cut the rice noodle rolls into 1 inch pieces. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds with a damp kitchen cloth over it or until warmed. To steam, place on a plate over a steamer for 10 minutes.
- Mix the sauces together and serve with rice noodle rolls.
