Rice Noodle Rolls (3 Ways!)

Ingredients

Units Scale

Soy Sauce Chili Oil:

  • Dark Soy sauce
  • Chili oil

Hoisin Peanut Sauce:

Hoisin sauce:

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar, optional to taste
  • 2 tsp water, to thin

Peanut sauce:

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 22g
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/4 tsp sugar, optional

Sweet Soy Sauce

  • 12 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Extra Toppings

  • Scallions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cilantro
  • Crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cut the rice noodle rolls into 1 inch pieces. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds with a damp kitchen cloth over it or until warmed. To steam, place on a plate over a steamer for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the sauces together and serve with rice noodle rolls.

  1. Who knew rice rolls this simple were SO DELICIOUS. These juicy flavour bombs are great for a dinner side dish or even just a snack. They are so simple and easy – super satisfying. I tried the Dark Soy sauce
    Chili oil one but next time I’m going to make ALL 3 because they are so good and you seriously just can’t get enough of them in one sitting.
