Instructions

Nut-Free Version: 

  1. Into a large bowl stir together the tahini and matcha syrup. Add in the protein powder, coconut flour and salt and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll into 9 equal sized balls (around 30g each).
  3. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 1 week

Oatmeal Version:
