Nut-Free Version:
- 1/2 cup tahini (120g)
- 1/4 cup matcha syrup (85g)
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured vegan protein powder (30g)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour (40g)
- pinch of salt, optional
Oatmeal Version:
- 1/2 cup tahini (120g)
- 1/4 cup matcha syrup (85g)
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured vegan protein powder (30g)
- 1/4 cup almond flour (28g)
- 3/4 cup quick oats (65g)
- pinch of salt, optional
Instructions
Nut-Free Version:
- Into a large bowl stir together the tahini and matcha syrup. Add in the protein powder, coconut flour and salt and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll into 9 equal sized balls (around 30g each).
- Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 1 week
Oatmeal Version:
- Into a large bowl stir together the tahini and matcha syrup. Add in the protein powder, almond flour, quick oats and salt and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll into 9 equal sized balls (around 30g each).
- Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 1 week
