- 1 cup coconut water*
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 tsp matcha powder
OPTIONAL ADD INS:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp kale powder
- 1 soft date
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!

- Post-Workout Variation: Substitute coconut water for 1 cup soy milk and add 1/2 cup (100g) soft tofu
