1cup nuts of choice (100g // I used walnuts and pecans)
1 tbsp chili oil (I used lao gan ma)
Add coconut sugar and water to a pan over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add in the nuts and chili oil and stir continuously for 4-5 minutes until glossy and all nuts are coated. Transfer to parchment paper and cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
