1 serving of dry pasta (spaghetti, angel hair recommended // 70-85g)
1 L of water
1 tbsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt, optional
Bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully add in baking soda (it will fizz). Add salt and stir. Drop in the pasta and cook for the time instructed on manufactures box. Continue to cook 2-3 minutes longer.
Drain and rinse to remove any baking soda taste. Use immediently and add to prepared ramen broth. Enjoy!
