  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp tbsp Coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, optional
  • pinch of salt, optional

Instructions

  • PREPARE AIR FRYER: Cut a sheet of parchment paper that will fit the floor of your air fryer basket and then place inside the basket.
  • PREPARE FRUIT: Slice the stone fruit down the middle and remove the seed. Then brush some maple syrup on the flesh and sprinkle with some coconut sugar. Add in a pinch of cinnamon and salt if desired.
  • AIR FRY: Place the stone fruit in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350 for 15 minutes or until caramelized.*

Notes

Depending on your air fryer and the type of fruit you used, you may need more or less time. Start with 8 minutes on your air fryer and work your way up until your fruit has caramelized to your liking. Peaches and nectarines tend to need more time (around 12-15 minutes), whereas plums and apricots need around 5-8 minutes.
